The Green Solution is Family-owned, operating 20 stores in Colorado and branching out to other legal states. Expanding quickly since 2012, TGS is highly awarded and offers concierge-level service and expertise. The Green Solution has the largest selection of marijuana and marijuana-infused products in Denver and the surrounding areas.
I joined the team in 2012 as a marketing coordinator and graphic designer. In my position, I focused on building the corporate identity of the new business, developed all in store signage to promote products and services, created advertising for the dispensary and their partners, and frequently posted on their social channels. I also directed and coordinated marketing activities and policies to promote products and services.

Along with graphic design and marketing, I learned human resource skills while working with The Green Solution. I assisted the Vice President of Administration with new hire paperwork, accounting on budgets and general organization of the company. I left the company in 2013 to pursue other opportunities.
